 The firm was established in 1991 after Mr. Sandefer's completion of over eight years as a prosecutor, five years in private practice with a well established law firm and solo practice. Mr. Murtha joined the firm in 2001 after leaving the State Attorney's Office in the 6th Circuit and he became a partner in 2003.
